To support artistic and cultural exchange, aco provides inexpensive (but cozy) short-term accommodation for needy overseas artists / curators / scholars / groups who will participate in local artistic programs, such as exhibition, performance, symposium, etc.

Since 2005, we have supported programs organized by 1a space, 89268, CCDC, Hong Kong Arts Centre, Hong Kong In-media, ifva, Para/Site Art Space, and many more individual artist / curator / director who have collaborated with overseas counterparts. Our guests came from different continents, such as, Australia, China, Canada, France, Ireland, Japan, Korea, Israel, Switzerland, Taiwan, USA and UK.

• 3 individual bedrooms
• a shared common room (with a computer equipped with internet access)
• a shared kitchen equipped with basic utensils, electric stove, refrigerator and washing machine
• a shared bath room equipped with water heater
• air conditioning / heater

supermarket, groceries, convenient stores (open 24/7), restaurants, computer center are within walking distance where you can get daily necessities and food

successful applicant should note the followings:

• please arrange your check-in time before 8pm, we will handover the key and do some briefing on the facility
• please prepare your passport hardcopy and your name card on the date of your arrival
